Frequently asked questions about birthday parties

How can I book? You can book via this page.

How long does a birthday party last? You decide! It usually lasts between 3.5 and 4 hours, but you are welcome to stay until closing time.

When is it least busy? The earlier you come, the quieter it is.

Can we come as a group without booking a birthday party? Yes, of course. You then pay the regular admission per person and can order food and drinks separately at the bar.

Can we celebrate a party for 2 birthday children at the same time? Of course you can. We charge an extra fee for the extra present for the second birthday child.

Is there time to unwrap presents? Yes, there is!

One of the children has a (gluten) allergy, what now? We appreciate it if you bring your own food and/or drinks for a child with an allergy.

Can I bring my own treats? No, your own food and drinks are not allowed, except for baby food and special diets for allergies. The children at the birthday party get unlimited squash.

You are welcome to bring your own cake, though. We do charge a fee for this.

Can younger children come along, and is there something for them to do? Younger children are welcome and get in free up to and including age 3. We have building blocks and they can draw and colour. If needed, order food or drinks for them ‘separately’ at the bar. The Discovery Factory is most fun for children from about 6 years old.
