OnsNet inventors challenge

OnsNet is looking for ideas from young inventors!

Nuenen is famous not only because Vincent van Gogh lived and painted there, but also because the first Fibre to the Home network in the Netherlands was built there in 2004. Although more than half of the Netherlands now has fibre, nowhere is the network used as much as in Nuenen.

This year OnsNet is celebrating its 20th anniversary! And they want to celebrate with everyone who lives there, including the young inventors of Nuenen. OnsNet asked The Discovery Factory to come up with an Inventors Challenge for you. We are coming to the schools with a fun workshop in soldering and coding. You will learn how to communicate with light signals. That is also how a fibre network works! After that, you get to work in class or at home on the OnsNet Inventors Challenge:
