We are looking for a manager/coordinator

March 2025 – “Our” lovely Nina is leaving The Discovery Factory. That’s why we are looking for a new manager/coordinator. An organisational spider in the web who makes sure our visitors and staff have an unforgettable time at The Discovery Factory and during projects at external locations.

The work ranges from informing customers/visitors and processing bookings to planning and managing the delivery. You are the point of contact for customers and for our (flexible) staff.

This includes managing and supporting the adventure guides, but also recruiting, training and scheduling them (rota), logging hours and monitoring the processes in the office and on the floor to ensure maximum quality and safety.

It’s really varied and versatile.

We’re thinking of someone with at least 3 years’ experience in organising, planning, managing staff and dealing with customers (mainly by phone and e-mail). A good command of Dutch (including in e-mails) is important.
