Design Thinking case day
What a great day for the pupils of 15 Brainport secondary education schools taking part in the Class of Entrepreneurship!
In early March, all 75 participants were our guests at The Discovery Factory. Led by Martine Mingaars, they worked on a case about mental health problems among musicians. The day kicked off with the inspiring story of musician John Verhoeven, who, among other things through the story behind writing the song Roller Coaster, gave the pupils a real boost to get started on the case.
By going through the different phases of the Design Thinking process, the pupils prepared perfectly for the exhibition in the afternoon. There the groups exhibited their prototypes and pleasantly surprised the jury with a range of surprising, innovative and very practical solutions.
