This Canadian inventor on our wall of fame is still young. In fact, you can follow her on Instagram!

So which of Ann’s inventions will end up being the most famous is far from certain. But so far it is the torch that runs on the heat of your hands. So no battery or power cable is needed!

She came up with the idea for this invention when a friend from the Philippines told her she had failed a subject at school because she had no light at home to study in the evening. Ann won many prizes with her invention. And who knows what else she will come up with in the future!
