This iconic abandoned Philips factory now is a playground where children and their parents experience adventures with films and inspiring interactive exhibits. In several workshops they can design and build (also 3D print!) their own inventions or create movies themselves. A unique place (with a nice cafetaria) for creative families and an inspiring location for business events as well!
In the film ‘The Inventors in Africa’ (age group 8-10 years) a young dutch girl Iris is lonely since she moved to Africa with her family. She meets the little boy Jabali and they become friends after he teaches her how to make your own toys. In the film ‘The Inventors and The Wheel of the Sun’ (age group 10-12 years) a young inventor travels an adventurous journey searching for the best source of green energy for his electric car. Next to watching the film(s), children and their parents can build their own ‘inventions’ in several workshops. Our team members speak English.
